Research that explores embodiment, movement, and peak performance.
My academic work explores embodied imagination, humanistic psychology, creativity, innovation, leadership, and peak performance in sport and everyday life.

Through interdisciplinary research and drawing on neuroaesthetics, I seek to advance our understanding of how the body, mind, and movement contribute to peak performance.
My research interests encompass embodied imagination, creativity, and peak performance, drawing on interdisciplinary perspectives from humanistic psychology, sport psychology, neuroaesthetics, and arts-based research. I develop interpretive frameworks that connect first-person experience with performance science, aiming to clarify the conditions under which creative and athletic excellence emerge.
