I had the opportunity to lead the design of an onboarding user guide for the High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) software. With detailed planning, and a deep understanding of the software, I created a comprehensive, and user-friendly guide. I crafted detailed explanations, step-by-step instructions, and incorporated visuals to enhance comprehension.
Seeking feedback from satellite engineers, I refined the guide, and explored visual enhancements such as diagrams, and photos. After the testing sessions, the guide was released. The impact of knowledge sharing, and empowering individuals to navigate the software with confidence, and proficiency was exhilarating.
