Amazon Kendra is an intelligent search service developed by Amazon Web Services. It leverages machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques to provide highly accurate, and contextualized search results for organizations.
My goal was to understand the needs, and goals of the customers, and translate them into intuitive, and accessible experiences.
I actively created wireframes, and prototypes to visualize, and test the interfaces, and collaborated with cross-functional teams such as product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure the design aligns with the overall vision, and technical feasibility.
